Directions from our local area are below.

                    Coming from the South on US 31

Take US 31 North.  Stay on US 31 North Bypass to Sycamore Street.  (Approximately 3.9 miles)  Be sure to be in the left lane as you approach the intersection at Sycamore and US 31 (Shell Service Station and Red Barn gas station)  Jefferson St. will be the next street immediately just through the intersection.  Turn left (west) onto Jefferson Street travel approximately 6 blocks to Elizabeth Street (Green sign reading "Animal Shelter" is posted on Jefferson Street.  Turn right (North) onto Elizabeth.  Take Elizabeth St. for approximately 2 blocks.  Shelter is on left.

Coming from the North on US 31

Take US 31 South.  Stay on US 31 South Bypass to Jefferson Street. (Approximately 3.1 miles)  (Jefferson Street is the first street past Menards home improvement store and just over the railroad tracks.  Turn right (West) onto Jefferson St.  Travel west approximately 6 blocks.  Look for  green "Animal Shelter" sign on right.  Turn right (North) onto Elizabeth Street and continue for about 2 blocks.  Shelter is on left. 

Coming from the North on St. Rd. 35(Davis Rd.)

Take St. Rd. 35 south to N. Washington St.   Take Washington St. south for approximately 0.6 miles to Jefferson St. Turn left (east) onto Jefferson St. Go through 3 stoplights and 1 stop sign.  Elizabeth St. is the first street past the stop sign.  Turn left (north) onto Elizabeth St.  Shelter is on the left hand side.

Coming from the East on St. Rd. 22

Take St. Rd. 22 East (East Markland Ave.) to US 31 North.  Turn right (north) onto US 31 Bypass and go approximately 1 mile.  Be sure to be in the left lane as you approach the intersection (2nd stoplight) at Sycamore and US 31 (Shell Service Station and Red Barn gas station)  Jefferson St. will be the next street immediately just through the intersection.  Turn left (west) onto Jefferson Street travel approximately 6 blocks to Elizabeth Street (Green sign reading "Animal Shelter" is posted on Jefferson Street.  Turn right (North) onto Elizabeth.  Take Elizabeth St. for approximately 2 blocks.  Shelter is on left.

Coming from West on St. Rd 22

Take St. Rd. 22 (West Sycamore)  to Washington St.   Turn left (north) onto Washington St. and continue north for approximately 0.3 miles until you get to Jefferson St.  Turn right (east) onto Jefferson.  Go through 3 traffic lights and one stop sign.  Elizabeth St. will be the next street you come to after the stop sign.  Turn left (north) and the shelter will be about 2 blocks further on the left.
